Warwick established Your People Recruitment in 2008 with a vision to connect organisations with exceptional talent and provide a recruitment experience built on professionalism, integrity and results.
Before founding Your People Recruitment, Warwick held senior leadership roles across both the public and private sectors, including IT, healthcare, processing centres, contact centres and rural servicing industries. Throughout his career, he has recruited, led and managed hundreds of people across a wide range of roles and industries.
Warwick has successfully recruited high-performing professionals into senior management, technical, specialist and professional positions throughout New Zealand. His extensive business knowledge, leadership experience and practical approach allow him to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Warwick is a Member of the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA), and a former member of the Institute of Directors and the New Zealand Institute of Management.

Robyn joined Your People Recruitment in 2011, bringing extensive experience in management, leadership and human resources gained through senior roles across a range of industries. Her background includes finance, rural servicing, customer service, processing and logistics sectors.
Combining strong industry knowledge with practical HR expertise, Robyn works closely with clients to identify and secure high-quality candidates who are the right fit for their business. Over her time with Your People Recruitment, she has successfully placed hundreds of candidates into roles across a wide variety of industries and professions.
Robyn is a Member of the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA) and a former Trustee of the ChatBus Trust Board. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, is accredited in Psychometric Administration and Interpretation, and also holds a Certificate in Mata a Ao Māori Level 4.

Mel joined Your People Recruitment in 2018 as Executive Assistant and quickly discovered a passion for recruitment. An opportunity to move into a Recruitment Consultant role arose in 2021, and she has never looked back.
A genuine people person with exceptional organisational skills, Mel enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates and gets real satisfaction from matching great people with great opportunities.
Before moving into recruitment, Mel gained valuable experience across customer service, administration, procurement, sales and sales support roles within the IT, document solutions, automotive and hospitality industries. Her broad background gives her a practical understanding of different workplaces and industries, helping her connect the right people with the right roles.
Born and raised in Dunedin, Mel has completed tertiary studies in Business Administration along with NZIM Management papers.
