Warwick established Your People Recruitment in 2008 with a vision to connect organisations with exceptional talent and provide a recruitment experience built on professionalism, integrity and results.
Before founding Your People Recruitment, Warwick held senior leadership roles across both the public and private sectors, including IT, healthcare, processing centres, contact centres and rural servicing industries. Throughout his career, he has recruited, led and managed hundreds of people across a wide range of roles and industries.
Warwick has successfully recruited high-performing professionals into senior management, technical, specialist and professional positions throughout New Zealand. His extensive business knowledge, leadership experience and practical approach allow him to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Warwick is a Member of the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA), and a former member of the Institute of Directors and the New Zealand Institute of Management.

Robyn joined Your People Recruitment in 2011, bringing extensive experience in management, leadership and human resources gained through senior roles across a range of industries. Her background includes finance, rural servicing, customer service, processing and logistics sectors.
Combining strong industry knowledge with practical HR expertise, Robyn works closely with clients to identify and secure high-quality candidates who are the right fit for their business. Over her time with Your People Recruitment, she has successfully placed hundreds of candidates into roles across a wide variety of industries and professions.
Robyn is a Member of the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA) and a former Trustee of the ChatBus Trust Board. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, is accredited in Psychometric Administration and Interpretation, and also holds a Certificate in Mata a Ao Māori Level 4.

Mel loves hearing people’s stories, understanding what motivates them and helping businesses and candidates find the right fit. She believes great recruitment starts with genuine conversations, strong relationships and taking the time to truly understand what matters to people.
Joining Your People Recruitment in 2018 as Executive Assistant, Mel quickly discovered a passion for recruitment and moved into a Recruitment Consultant role in 2021. Through her experience, skills and commitment to building strong relationships, she has developed into a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a practical, down-to-earth approach.
Born and raised in Dunedin, Mel is passionate about supporting local businesses and staying connected within the Otago community. She enjoys networking, is an active member of Toastmasters, and believes every conversation is an opportunity to learn, help and connect.
Outside of work, Mel can usually be found supporting her children at basketball and cheerleading, catching up with people over coffee, or getting involved in local community activities.
