Prior to Your People Recruitment, Warwick held senior leadership roles within both public and private sectors in IT, health, processing centres, contact centres and rural servicing. In his previous roles, Warwick recruited and managed hundreds of people.
Warwick has used his wealth of experience to successfully recruit high performing people into senior professional and management, technical and specialist roles, throughout New Zealand.

Joining the Your People Recruitment team in 2011, Robyn brought with her a wealth of experience from her management, leadership and HR work in senior roles. She has previously worked in a wide range of industry sectors which include finance, rural servicing, customer service, processing and logistics.
Robyn combines her industry knowledge and HR experience to assist clients with finding quality candidates. Throughout her time with Your People Recruitment, Robyn has successfully placed hundreds of candidates into roles each year.
Robyn is a Member of RCSA and is a former Trustee on the Board of ChatBus Trust. Robyn has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and is accredited in Psychometric Administration and Interpretation, and also has a Certificate in Mata a Ao Maori Level 4.

Mel started in our team as our Executive Assistant in 2018 and it didn’t take her long to decide that Recruitment Consultant was the job for her. The opportunity arose for her to step into a Recruitment Consultant in 2021 and she hasn’t looked back!
Mel is a real ‘people person’ and has great organising skills – both key skills in recruitment. She gets a real buzz out of getting to know candidates and clients and placing great people into great jobs.
Prior to recruitment, Mel worked in customer service, administration, procurement, sales and sales support experience within the IT, document solutions, automotive and hospitality industries.
Mel was born and bred in Dunedin and has completed tertiary studies in Business Administration and NZIM Management papers.
