We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist with monthly reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation of statements
- Assist with financial reporting and maintain records
- Manage invoices, payments, and payroll transactions
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Reception duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an accounting/finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero) and Excel
- Experience managing payroll (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
