We’re partnering with a well-regarded organisation that genuinely invests in its people. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Administrator who enjoys variety, wants to keep learning, and values working in a close-knit, supportive office environment.

This role is initially temporary, but has the potential to go permanent.

 

The role:

You’ll be responsible for supporting the finance function, with a focus on:

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with reporting and general administration
  • Picking up additional tasks as required to support the wider team

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
  • Excel skills at an intermediate level
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Flexible and happy to support across different tasks
  • Available to work 40 hours per week
