Are you organised, highly reliable, and keen to contribute to the smooth running of a busy team within a large organisation? We’re seeking an Administration & Logistics Support person to support Service Delivery. This is a great opportunity to gain experience or bring your already polished experience to a busy, collaborative environment.
About the Role:
You’ll play a key part in keeping operations running efficiently, coordinating maintenance, supporting fleet management, and providing top-notch administrative and customer service support. Every day will be varied and rewarding.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Managing and maintaining information systems
- Scheduling maintenance and assisting with procurement and disposal activities
- Coordinating servicing schedules and carrying out occasional driving duties
- Supporting other team tasks as required
About You:
You’ll bring a professional and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering great service and getting things done efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Professional in their interactions – excellent communication skills
- Reliable and organised - flexible and adaptable
- Comfortable handling varied tasks and priorities and can pivot easily
- Interested in administration, logistics, and coordination work
This is a full-time temporary role running from November 2025 to April 2026, with the potential for something longer-term for the right person.
