We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to have input into a construction-related service area, improving efficiency. This opportunity would suit someone with excellent organisation and coordination skills, who is highly process-driven and a strong, effective communicator.
This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, and there’s potential to eventually step into a long-term role with a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative coordination – plugging gaps, anticipating needs and helping keep the service area running like clockwork
- Scheduling and managing workflows involving internal technicians and external sub-contractors
- Operating complex systems and processes proficiently
- Driving process improvements – e.g., spotting inefficiencies and collaboratively implementing practical solutions
- Ensuring compliance, tracking, and reporting is maintained and actioned
Who You Are:
- A seasoned administrator with excellent organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy – comfortable operating complex systems
- Process-oriented and proactive
- Available for full-time temporary work
