Job Overview:
We are seeking highly organised people for a range of up-coming General Administration temporary vacancies. You will provide administrative support to teams, ensuring smooth office operations and assisting with day-to-day tasks as directed. If you possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent customer service skills, and have a keen attention to detail, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Key responsibilities may include (not exclusively):
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, filing and managing email correspondence, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with data entry and preparation of reports and other documentation.
- Organise and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with basic financial transactions, such as raising purchase orders and tracking.
- Support other team members with general administrative and support tasks as required and ensure that the office environment is clean, organised, and welcoming.
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical support role is desirable - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. Reliable with a strong work ethic and adaptable.
