We’re on the lookout for a versatile part-time Administrator / Dispatch Assistant to join our client's small, successful clothing manufacturing business, based in Dunedin city. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to work in a friendly, supportive team.

Hours of work are 12 - 15 hours over 3 - 4 days per week. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Invoicing (Xero)
  • Customer order entry & manufacturing orders (Excel)
  • Ticket labelling
  • Picking, folding, packing garments
  • Boxing orders for courier dispatch
