Architectural Graduate (North Shore)

Our North Shore based client has a unique opportunity for an ARCHITECTURAL GRADUATE with 5 years’+ experience to join a progressive and successful property development company. This role reports directly to the Principal Design Manager, and is varied - from Concept Design Packages to Architectural documentation.

The role:

• Create project computer renders for presentation or Resource Consent submissions
• Develop design concepts
• Produce documentation packages
• Assist with design packages, tender reviews and project planning
• Maintain Revit libraries, and update Revit files
• Maintain schedules and library items
• Develop drawing sets to assist with ECI / take offs etc

Requirements:

• Hold a New Zealand tertiary qualification B.Arch / M.Arch
• Have a minimum of 5 years post qualification architectural work experience
• Strong knowledge of Revit and other packages eg Adobe
• Well-developed technical knowledge of architectural design
• Familiar with Resource Consent requirements and experience with submissions
• Familiar with Building Consent requirements and experience with submissions
• Experience in single and multi-level residential and commercial projects
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with wide range of people from executive team to contractors and suppliers
• Willing team player
