A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager or Senior Insurance Broker with leadership aspirations to take charge of our client’s Southland Branch. Due to an upcoming retirement, we are searching for a dynamic professional to lead the team of 14 in Invercargill. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee operations while maintaining a client portfolio and driving new business.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As Branch Manager, you will:

  • Provide inspirational and constructive leadership to your team.
  • Oversee daily operations while managing a client portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive new business and meet/exceed budget expectations.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager and fellow Branch Managers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership and management experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Strong industry knowledge to effectively meet client needs.
  • Solid sales, marketing, and financial reporting expertise.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • A results-driven, client-centric professional with high energy and drive.
