The Opportunity

Are you looking to fill a gap or further develop your experience in operations coordination and administration? Our client is a stable, marketleading organisation seeking Operation Support Service Coordinators to support their Christchurch branch for the next 3–6 months.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll play an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly, by coordinating jobs, supporting technicians, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

 

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for a broad range of operational, administrative, and coordination tasks, including:

  • Providing high-level customer service to clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Responding to customer enquiries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Keeping customers informed and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Planning, scheduling, and dispatching jobs to the appropriate technicians
  • Supporting business operations within a regulated environment
  • Contributing to team success through effective communication and collaboration

Hours & Pay

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm
