Class 2 Driver / Operator

More than just a driving job!

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Truck Driver / Operator to join an established Dunedin business providing specialist liquid waste, vacuum and environmental services throughout Otago.

This is a varied, practical role where you'll be driving heavy vehicles, operating specialist equipment and working across residential, commercial and industrial sites.

No vacuum truck experience? No problem. Our client will provide the training - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

We're looking for:

• Minimum Class 2 licence – Class 4 advantageous
• Previous heavy vehicle driving experience
• A safe and responsible approach to driving
• Practical and mechanically minded
• Comfortable working outdoors and getting your hands dirty
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills

Experience in civil construction, drainage, wastewater, waste management, tanker driving, water carts, hydro excavation or truck & dog operations would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
