Our client is a New Zealand owned, award winning financial services company that specialise in Kiwisaver and wealth management to help Kiwis achieve better financial outcomes in retirement.
Their Dunedin office is expanding and we are searching for a Sales Development Representative to join the award winning team.
The Sales Development Representative is a key role in that it is the first step to help people achieve their financial goals, by qualifying leads and opportunities and translate them into appointments with the team of expert Kiwisaver Advisers
Key Tasks and responsibilities:
- Call warm leads from market generated activities and promote the value of an appointment
- Establish warm and authentic connections with potential clients asking insightful questions to understand their needs
- Educate clients about the benefits of receiving Kiwisaver advice
- Engage with Kiwisaver Advisers daily, actively working together and fostering a relationship of success
- Learn and refine sale skills and techniques to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage CRM (Salesforce) to keep communication and company records up to date
- Build your knowledge in the financial services market to provide professional and informed sales interactions
About you
You will be a success driven individual who thrives in a fast paced, agile and innovative business who:
- Loves talking to people
- Has past sales / customer engagement experience or have a proven track record of achieving goals
- Have strong rapport and relationship building skills
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills – especially via the telephone
- Uses new technology - particularly CRM and internal IT systems
- Has a clean Credit and Ministry of Justice report
- Able to work rotating rosters of
- 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- 11:00am – 7:00 pm
