The role:

Part-time permanent position two (2) days per week starting September 2024

In this part-time permanent role you will be the sole employee, working alongside the Company Director to provide EA services within the Property Management area. The role offers plenty of autonomy for a competent and experienced EA or Administrator.

You will have excellent attention to detail suitable for making the necessary checks and balances e.g. for light accounts work, including bank reconciliations.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational ability who is able to meet deadlines, as you will be preparing lease agreements and other time-sensitive documentation.

If you have a highly friendly and approachable personality and the skills for the job, we want to talk with you now. This role may be suitable for someone with a legal administration background, however this is not essential.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with a view to a long-term arrangement.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Light accounts work – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Reconciliations
  • Property Management tasks for corporate buildings – conducted in office with occasional out of office requirements
  • Liaise with external providers e.g. for Building Warrant of Fitness certification, councils etc.
  • Prepare and distribute documentation – proficient use of MS Word, Outlook and Excel and proficient use of internal systems and technology
  • Diary Management and bookings
  • Customer Service and communications
  • General EA/PA duties as required e.g. meeting support

 

Skills required:

  • Proven administrative experience and skills, ideally 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Great organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail – financial skills would be an advantage
  • Computer skills – MS Office and picks up systems and processes quickly
  • An ability to follow instructions and to work autonomously once trained
