This well-established Queenstown plumbing business has been providing top quality plumbing, gas fitting and drainage services for over 20 years. Continued growth has resulted in the establishment of this newly created FOREMAN role. This role offers HUGE POTENTIAL for the successful candidate. The company services Queenstown, Arrowtown and the greater Wakatipu area.

About the role:

• Huge variety of work – jobbing, residential and light commercial work
• Take charge and run the projects
• Provide leadership and guidance to the small team of dedicated tradespeople
• Work closely with staff, clients and the company owners
• Ensure that the work meets all safety, environmental and company standards
• ‘On the tools’ role

About our Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced, New Zealand qualified, certifying Plumber / Drainlayer / Gas fitter
• Strong leadership skills
• High level of motivation and a real desire to develop their career
• Have strong people and communication skills with clients, project managers and staff
• Have the ability to train, guide and coach staff
• Be highly organised and ability to manage jobs effectively
• Eager to learn and seek additional qualifications
