About the Role:

This is a pivotal role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to be at the heart of a successful group of companies. As the first point of contact, you'll be the friendly and professional face that leaves a lasting impression. You'll support a tight-knit team with a range of essential admin functions—from accounts using Xero to event coordination and executive support.

This is a full time, in office-based role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing calls with warmth and efficiency
  • Liaising with staff, stakeholders, clients, and suppliers – keeping communication flowing
  • Processing invoices and preparing payment schedules in Xero
  • Supporting board meetings with agendas, minutes, and reporting
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, events, and functions
  • Assisting with HR-related administration tasks
  • Running occasional errands to keep things moving smoothly
  • Providing general admin support across they Group

Our ideal candidate:

  • A polished, professional manner and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Proven experience in administration (experience with Xero a big plus)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
  • The ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of people
  • A full, clean driver’s licence
