This small consultancy based on the North Shore operates in the architectural and construction space, and they are seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to join their team. You will be working with senior staff from within the Group - including the Directors, Executive Team and many others. You will play an essential role in the marketing, creative, communications and digital departments.

Full time, permanent, in-office based role located in Albany.

Key Tasks

• Develop creative guidelines and direct creative work
• Collaborate with marketing specialists and business stakeholders
• Develop and present design concepts
• Complete design projects from concept to completion on time & within budget
• Oversee visual and communications design
• Ensure Brands are correct and consistent
• Prepare files for print and digital production

The Person

• Relevant tertiary qualification in design
• Extensive experience designing & producing marketing collateral
• Experience in an ‘in-house’ design team environment (preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure to meet exacting timeframes
• Proven leadership skills
