Your People Recruitment is working with multiple well-established local businesses in the trades sector. We’re looking for capable, reliable Office Administrators to join their teams.
These are permanent part-time positions (20–30 hours per week), offering flexibility to suit family life or lifestyle commitments. Temporary or fixed-term arrangements may also be considered for the right person.

Key Responsibilities may include
- Booking measure-ups and coordinating schedules
- Preparing quotes and invoices
- Banking, reconciliations, and accounts administration using Xero
- Database management, spreadsheets, and data entry
- Answering phones, managing emails, and providing friendly customer support
- Ordering consumables and supporting the wider team as required
About You
You’re organised, dependable, and genuinely enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You take ownership of your work and pride yourself on accuracy and follow-through.
You’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in office administration
- Proven experience using Xero (essential)
- Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
- A proactive, team-focused mindset
