Looking for a part-time temporary role that fits around your life? We’re after a friendly, organised, and proactive Administration Temp to join a busy team for a 10-week assignment from 25 August to 31 October.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Light financial work – processing invoices and on-charging (ApprovalPlus experience is a bonus, but not essential)
  • Data entry – updating lists, collating data, and working with portals and MS Excel
  • Documentation – formatting documents and capturing processes
  • General admin support to help keep things running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous admin experience, ideally with financial know-how
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • A helpful, positive attitude – you’ll be part of an open-plan office hub in the Dunedin CBD

Hours & Pay:

  • 25 hours per week, ideally Mon–Thurs within school hours
  • $28.95 per hour (New living wage)
