Payroll & Accounts - Immediate start

We’re seeking an experienced Payroll professional to join a busy, friendly team, initially on a temporary basis. You’ll be running a weekly payroll for around 230 employees across two entities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with NZ legislation (including the Holidays Act 2003).
Depending on your background, Accounts Payable or Receivable tasks may also be part of the role.
Options:
- Full-time: Split between Payroll and Accounts Payable responsibilities
- Part-time: Focus purely on Payroll – minimum of 20 hours across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
You’ll be confident with end-to-end payroll, detail-focused, and thrive on getting things right to deadline. Experience with payroll software is required. Knowledge of Jemini payroll software would be ideal, and knowledge of accounting systems is desirable - some training will be provided.
