What You’ll Be Doing

This is a 360-recruitment role where you’ll own your desk and your success:

• Winning new business through proactive outreach and cold calling
• Developing strong, long-term client relationships
• Meeting clients face-to-face and becoming a trusted advisor
• Writing compelling job ads that attract top talent
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Hitting - and exceeding - targets and KPIs
