Hours: 30 hours per week with additional hours available over peak season
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Position Overview:
Are you motivated, passionate about customer service and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment? This role involves both phone and in-person interactions with customers, as well as hands-on work in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with equipment selection and rental processes
  • Manage inventory and perform regular equipment checks
  • Conduct heavy lifting and warehouse duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

Skills and Experience:

  • Valid driver’s license and able to operate a manual transmission vehicle
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
  • Able to lift heavy equipment
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or rental environment would be a bonus
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
