We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-focused person, with outstanding administration and coordination skills. In this role, you’ll support a Lead Administrator with staff rosters and coordinating clinical training placements with tertiary institutions.

In this role you will:

  • Assist with the coordination of staff rosters to ensure essential clinical coverage
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (Otago University, Otago Polytechnic, etc.) about training placements
  • Use office systems and software efficiently and competently
  • Provide general admin support to keep everything running smoothly

If you’re a natural planner and problem-solver with excellent communication skills, and a knack for logistics, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven admin and coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Confident using MS Office and other technology
  • A reliable work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy team
