We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-focused person, with outstanding administration and coordination skills. In this role, you’ll support a Lead Administrator with staff rosters and coordinating clinical training placements with tertiary institutions.
In this role you will:
- Assist with the coordination of staff rosters to ensure essential clinical coverage
- Liaise with key stakeholders (Otago University, Otago Polytechnic, etc.) about training placements
- Use office systems and software efficiently and competently
- Provide general admin support to keep everything running smoothly
If you’re a natural planner and problem-solver with excellent communication skills, and a knack for logistics, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven admin and coordination experience
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Confident using MS Office and other technology
- A reliable work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy team
