We are searching for a highly motivated self-starter to join a hugely successful, self-managing outbound calling team in the financial services sector. This Dunedin based role will commence in late January 2025.

The Sales Development Representative is an office- based role where you will be making warm calls to prospective clients. You will be qualifying those leads and identifying those who are motivated to maximise their return on investment in Kiwisaver. You will arrange appointments for qualified leads with a Financial Advisor.

The role:

• Full time role
• On-site training provided
• Outbound telephone calling to warm leads
• ‘Qualify’ leads
• Make appointments for Qualified Financial Advisers
• Record activity in CRM
• Rostered weekend work (approx. 1 in 4) after training period
• Weekly alternating shifts: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, and 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Job requirements:

• You must have unrestricted work rights – NZ Citizen or NZ resident
• Pre-employment testing includes computer assessments, Ministry of Justice report, Credit Check and pre-employment drug test.
