Are you a motivated sales professional, ready for a new challenge or change? Do you thrive on winning business and seeing projects through from start to finish?

We’re recruiting for a well-established, locally owned construction supplier known for exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced sales role where you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from generating new business to managing products and client relationships. The role is 45 hours per week, rewarded with a generous retainer, uncapped commission and a vehicle.

What you’ll be doing:

Hunting for and securing new business opportunities, including cold calling and proactive outreach.
Managing the full sales cycle: sales, measure, quote, and project delivery.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the construction industry.
Supporting sales initiatives and contributing to team success.
Collaborating with operations and technical teams to ensure products are delivered to specification.

What you’ll bring:

Proven sales experience, ideally in the construction industry or technical sales environment.
Strong hunter mindset with drive & energy to succeed.
Hands-on approach and ability to manage projects end-to-end.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercial awareness and understanding of technical specifications.
May suit a Quantity Surveyor or Draughtsperson seeking a genuine, people-facing sales role.
