Our client is a dynamic and growing, Dunedin based company committed to delivering excellence to their customers within the telecommunications industry. They are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Dunedin office.

 

Key Responsibilities:


As the Senior Accounts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the business. Your main duties will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day office functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
  • Review and approval of customer invoices
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Debtor control and liaison with debt collectors
  • Reconciliation of credit card statements
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Completion of GST, FBT and PAYE

 

Key Skills & Experience:


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar accounts administration role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
