This role is temporary, however highly likely to quickly become permanent.
As the Service Advisor / Administrator role is a busy role, you will need to be extremely capable and well organised. You will be dealing with a wide range of people face to face and on the telephone and also be responsible for a range of administrative duties. Great customer service skills are a must! This is your chance to be an integral part of a very successful company.
The successful candidate will:
- Be confident dealing with a wide range of people
- Have experience working in a busy office environment
- Be the first point of contact for the business
- Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be able to work under pressure and be able to multi task
- Be computer savvy and have accurate and fast data entry skills
- Be available to work 8.00am – 4.30pm (Monday – Friday)
- Rostered Saturdays (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) every 4 weeks
A sound knowledge of office systems is required and fast and accurate keyboard skills are a must.
