In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead SharePoint onboarding and training for new staff – helping teams understand and use the system confidently.
  • Maintain accurate induction records and follow up on system use and compliance.
  • Monitor SharePoint and Teams activity, reporting insights and recommending improvements.
  • Work closely with IT and third-party vendors to enhance workflows, resolve issues, and ensure the system stays fit for purpose.
  • Keep training materials, resources, and “Tips & Tricks” up to date so users get the most from the system.
  • Support the Team Leader Records & Information with compliance, reporting, and system development.

This is a hands-on role where your communication skills, technical know-how, and ability to train and influence others will make a real difference. You’ll be comfortable balancing both people and process, ensuring smooth system use, consistent compliance, and ongoing improvement.

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
