Heavy Fabrication / Engineering

Perhaps you are an experienced Workshop Foreman or Engineer ready to step off the tools and move into a rewarding office-based leadership role. This long-standing, highly respected engineering business is looking for a motivated Supervisor – Engineering to join their team and play a key role in delivering quality fabrication and engineering projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the hub that keeps projects moving smoothly. You will be using your extensive knowledge & expertise to:

  • Price jobs and prepare accurate estimates
  • Procure materials, equipment, and components
  • Create work orders and ensure everything required is ready on time
  • Schedule work and coordinate with internal teams
  • Review daily timesheets and ensure projects stay on track
  • Close out completed jobs and pass them to the Department Manager for approval
  • Apply your knowledge of metals, welding processes, and certification requirements to ensure quality and compliance

Who We’re Looking For

You're an engineer who knows their way around heavy fabrication — and maybe has some 3 Waters exposure too. More importantly, you're someone who’s excited to step off the tools and move into a role with more responsibility, more influence, and more career development.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have solid engineering experience (heavy fabrication preferred)
  • Understand welding processes, material specs, and required certs
  • Enjoy planning, coordinating, and keeping things running smoothly
