We’re seeking a friendly and organised Administrator to support a busy school office and assist students with career and pathway enquiries. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an education environment and making a positive difference in students’ day-to-day experience.
This is a term-time-only role with part-time hours, offering excellent work-life balance with the added potential to move into a permanent position.
About the role
You’ll provide front-office administrative support while also assisting students with career, gateway and pathway information, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth coordination within the school systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general front-office administrative support
- Greet and assist students with career and pathway enquiries
- Maintain and update student information in internal systems
- Support coordination of gateway/careers activities
- Liaise with staff and students to ensure information accuracy
About you
- Previous administration or office support experience
- Friendly, approachable and confident working with young people
- Strong organisation and data entry accuracy
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- First Aid certificate advantageous (not essential)
